To avoid mistakes, all deductions need a request and approval. Follow these steps:
Request Deletion:
1. Go to "Settle Deduction" in Deduction Settlement.
2. Enter the employment number and find the deduction you want to delete.
3. Choose the deduction and click "Settle".
4. Use the provided OTP to finish the request.
Accept Deletion:
1. Go to "Policy Settlement Request" in Deduction Settlement.
2. Enter the employment number and click "Search".
3. Choose the deduction and click "Accept".
